    Thank you for considering the Melody Ballroom for your wedding and/or reception.  We are fully air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible on both floors.
        A room rental fee will be required in advance as a deposit to reserve the room.  The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Exceptions may be made if the ballroom can rebook the room.  The final balance is due in full the night of event.  
    Rental of the room starts at 10am the day of the event.  The event itself is limited to four hours; for additional time there is a $300 per hour charge.
 
 
 
Room Rental Fees
•    Grand Ballroom  $2500
(Comfortable for 200 to 500 people)
•    Lower Ballroom  $1500
(Comfortable for 75 to 250 people)
 
 
Wedding Ceremony
    The Melody Ballroom is able to provide a wedding ceremony in both the Grand and Lower Ballrooms.  The set is theatre style with a center aisle way.  For this type of ceremony, the Grand Ballroom can accommodate 300 people and the Lower Ballroom can accomodate 125 people.
    At the end of a ceremony the ballroom is transformed into your reception site.  Extra staff is provide to make this transition as fast and smooth as possible.  Wedding services includes: a rehearsal, the services of an experienced in house coordinator, a dressing room for the bride and bridesmaids, and one additional hour of rental.  (Ceremony Service: $750)
  
 

Rental of the room includes the following
:
•    Set up of guest tables and chairs, as well as banquet tables.
•    Clean up of ballroom after your event.
•    Service Personnel to attend to guests.
•    Linen tablecloths and napkins accented in your bridal colors
•    Mirror tile, votives and floating candle for each guest table.
•    Door/Security Personnel
•    Service personnel to cut your wedding cake
•    A bottle of Champagne for the Bride and Groom’s Toast
•    Fresh flower arrangements in shades of your bridal colors
•    Candle and décor for banquet tables
•    Champagne brunch to go for bride and groom
•    Unlimited soft drinks and coffee service with full menu.
 
 
Additional Set Up Options:
•    Completely decorated lobby with tulling, railing décor, ribbons, ferns and aisle runner: $500
•    Railing décor with lights, tulling ribbons and ivy: $100
•    Aisle Runner: $50.
•    Five Gallon bucket of rose petals for guest and banquet tables: $100
•    Additional Floral services are available, prices vary.
