Thank you for considering the Melody Ballroom for your special event. Fully air conditioned and wheelchair accessible, the room rent includes the following amenities;
 

• Set Up and Clean Up Service Personnel to Attend to Your Guests
• Linen Tablecloths Accented in Your Choice of Colors
• Mirror Tiles and Votive or Floating Candles for Tables
• Flower Arrangements and Taper Candles for Service Tables
• China, Silverware and Glassware
• Unlimited Soft Drinks and Coffee Service
• Door / Security Person

 
The room rental fee will be required In advance as a deposit to reserve the room! A deposit is considered non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless the space can be rebooked. The balance is due in full the night of event.
Rental of the room is from 9am to 12am on the day of the event. The event itself is limited to four hours; additional lime will be charged up to $300 per hour.
The Melody Ballroom will provide all services. A service charge of 20% will be added to all catering and bar services.
