Using Other Caterers

Bringing food in from an outside restaurant or caterer.
Food may be brought in from another caterer or restaurant as long as the requirements stated within the Outside Catering Packet are met.
 
The in-house service charge is in addition to the rental of the room and is as follows:

• Buffet Dinner: $17 per person + 20% gratuity
• Family Style Dinner: $22 per person +20% gratuity

 
This in-house service charge covers the use of our tables, linens, and dinnerware; as well as the set-up, staffing, and break down of the event; and utilities associated with running an event.  When using another caterer to provide food for your event, they simply drop off the food prepared and we will transfer it to appropriate platters and take care of the rest.  We still run your event, the food just comes from a different location.
 
***IMPORTANT***  -  Any food that is brought in must come from a licensed and insured caterer or restaurant.  More details can be found within the information packet below.
